For years, we work to create a new online tool which uses the wisdom of the teams to improve the managerial performance of the organizations.

This idea came to us within the framework of the exercises of mobilization which we carried. At that time (in 2008) we sent questionnaires before each exercise of mobilization to the teams (every attendant). Our objective was to collect their opinions on various elements of management before the event. Based upon the answer that we were receiving, we were able to adapt our intervention and provide a much service.

The quality and the relevance of information which we received quickly pushed us to redefine our concept of validation. We rapidly created a management tools which rake now much broader. We developed an automated secured platform that compiles all the answers into a dedicated analysis tool.  We can now analyse the effectiveness of the management, based upon 10 specific dimensions.
