Mr. MacDonald is the president and founder of TALENTUUM. In the last 20 years, Mr. Macdonald has trained more than 15,000 managers, professionals and employees from major organizations right across Canada. In business since 1996, he has held various management positions in the field of training and business development within specialized firms.

He is also the author of a number of training programs offered by TALENTUUM. After having initially studied architecture, Mr. MacDonald is now the architect of talent itself, within a number of Canadian organizations.

Mr. Autotte is a dynamic trainer with a business background. His vast, practical experience has been acquired in the corporate and industrial worlds. For more than 20 years, he has been teaching the art of creating and maintaining long-lasting business relationships. His training sessions have helped hundreds of sales professionals to develop their reflexes in order to detect and then capitalize upon business opportunities. Recognized as a specialist in the area of sales relations, Mr. Autotte is also an executive trainer.
