The strategic vision of the company must evolve according to the contexts, economic or otherwise, which prevail. The new economy and the rise of competitiveness forces constant adjustments of the strategic vision of a company. Essentially, this vision will take into account specific current realities in each industrial sector and its flexibility will facilitate the proactive decision-making process. This is why ODI came up with a unique workshop designed to stimulate the contribution of managers to one strategic elaboration of a vision which will support the success of the enterprise. After having taken part in this workshop, the leaders will adhere without restriction to the new vision.
